PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress an antenna element from being excessively replaced in an on-vehicle antenna, which is fitted to an internal surface of a vehicle exterior part. SOLUTION: The on-vehicle antenna 10 fitted to an internal surface of a bumper 50 includes: the antenna element 21; a frame 31 having the antenna element 21 fitted to its surface 38; and a bracket 40 fixed to the internal surface of the bumper 50 and including a plane 48 overlaid with the surface of the frame 31 where the antenna element 21 is fitted through the antenna element 21 interposed.
