PURPOSE: An LED(Light Emitting Diode) device is provided to constantly maintain an average power by controlling the current according to a wide input voltage range supplied to an LED. CONSTITUTION: An LED array(20), a constant current source(30) and a power compensator(40) are connected in parallel to an AC power and a bridge circuit(10). The power compensator prevents the increase of an output voltage of an LED array. A reference voltage source(50) generates the reference voltage. A switching unit(60) controls a peak current of each LED group according to the increase and reduction of an AC input voltage.
