PURPOSE: An organic light emitting device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to smoothly transfer an assistant layer for light leakage prevention to a light-emitting layer between an electron hole transfer layer and a light emitting layer. CONSTITUTION: An electron hole transfer layer transfers an electrode injected from a first electrode. A light-emitting layer(250) performs light emitting by energy discharge of exiton. A secondary layer(240) is formed between the electron hole transfer layer and the light-emitting layer and prevents light leakage by shutting the exiton in the light-emitting layer. An electron transfer layer(260) and a second electrode are successively formed on the top of the light-emitting layer.
