PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a maintenance support device of various facilities and a maintenance support program of the various facilities for accurately grasping maintenance time to accurately perform maintenance of the facilities.

SOLUTION: A computer C includes a first maintenance time update means 5 for updating maintenance time on the basis of operation time periods calculated by an operation time period calculation unit 2 and maintenance content when it is determined that the installed various facilities have reached their maintenance time and the maintenance content has been accepted; and a second maintenance time update means 6 for updating maintenance time on the basis of the operation time periods calculated by the calculation unit 2 when it is determined that the installed various facilities have reached their maintenance time and the maintenance content has not been accepted.
