SERVER DEVICE, CLASSIFICATION METHOD IN SERVER DEVICE, AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a server device for automatically classifying a user's search query and forecasting a fashion and a boom with respect to the query, a classification method in the server device, and a program.

SOLUTION: A server 10 includes: a pattern data group DB 19 for storing a predetermined pattern data group; an extraction part 11 for extracting a search query data group for each kind of input search queries; a comparison part 13 for comparing the pattern data group and the search query data group; a determination part 14 for determining similarities between the pattern data group and the search query data group based on the result of the comparison by the comparison part 13; and a classification part 15 for classifying the search query data group into a new kind of pattern data group when it is determined that the pattern data group and the search query data group are not similar to each other, and classifying the search query data group into the same kind as that of the pattern data group when it is determined that the pattern data group and the search query data group are similar to each other.
