PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine-containing nanoparticle and medicine-containing composite particle in which a content ratio of a medicine to a nanoparticle is raised irrespective of oil water balance of the medicine to be contained, and drug release can be maintained for a long period of time from immediately after administration, and to provide those manufacturing methods. SOLUTION: The medicine-containing nanoparticle 1 is formed by agglomeration of a large number of medicine-binding biocompatible polymers 4 in which a biocompatible polymer 2 and a medicine 3a are amide-bound, and a medicine 3b is also included in the nanoparticle 1.
