PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire making high strength and excellent anti-fatigue compatible. SOLUTION: In the pneumatic tire making a cord comprising a cellulose based fiber as a reinforcement material, the pneumatic tire is characterized in that lower twisting coefficient and upper twisting coefficient of the cellulose based fiber are different from each other. The cellulose based fiber is preferably lyocell fiber, the lower twisting coefficient is preferably in a range of 0.35-0.70, and the upper twisting coefficient is preferably in a range of 0.35-0.70.
