PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly rescue an occupant through a loading space behind a cabin when the front part of a vehicle is deformed by a collision. SOLUTION: When it is difficult to rescue, from a side of the cabin 11 or from its front part, the occupant with his/her leg caught between a dashboard 34 and a front end of a seat cushion 16a of a seat 16 in the event of the frontal collision of the vehicle, rotating a back panel 15 of the cabin 11 around a hinge 26 at its lower end to the side of the loading space 12 therebehind slides the seat 16 connected to the back panel 15 via a link 30 to the side of the loading space 12. Accordingly, a space is formed between the dashboard and the seat 16 and the rear side of the cabin 11 is opened, allowing the occupant to be rescued by being pulled out to the side of the loading space 12.
