摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save labor for treating pollutants by directly draining the reserved water in an underground reservoir. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This underground reservoir 1 includes a guide part 20 for guiding inflow water into a reservoir body 2 and a first initial reserving pond 5 for reserving the inflow water. The first initial reserving pond 5 is provided with a second initial reserving pond 6 partitioned from the first initial reserving pond through a partition wall 3 having an overflow weir 4. The underground reservoir further includes a supernatant liquid reserving pond 7 communicably formed on the upper side of the first initial reserving pond 5 and the second initial reserving pond 6 and a main drain pump for discharging the supernatant liquid reserved in the supernatant liquid reserving pond 7. The inflow water can be directly drained after the reserved water is separated into emulsified water and the supernatant liquid. The inflow water is reserved in flushing water tank 9 in the form of flushing water, and the flushing water flows down by its own weight to flush down the pollutants in the first initial reserving pond 5 and the second initial reserving pond 6.
