A liquid binder and a metallic bracket manufacturing method using the same are provided to reduce an equipment investment cost as it is possible for manufacturing the same with the normal temperature dry. A manufacturing method of liquid binder comprises: a step for injecting the sodium carbonate and silica, and NaOH and nitric acid or steam within a auto clave; a step for raising the auto clave inner temperature to 1300°C or 1500°C; a step for generating chemical reaction by mixing the sodium carbonate with the silica and NaOH with nitric acid; and a step for creating outcome having the sodium silicate and the ionized NaOH, and hydroxide ion, water or nitric acid as a main component through a cooling process. |
