PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for a radio wave absorbing sheet for providing the radio wave absorbing sheet which has high radio wave absorption characteristics, and is thin and lightweight, not influenced by a surface shape of a construction surface, and superior in handling property and of reduced cost. SOLUTION: The composition for the radio wave absorbing sheet contains (A) a binder component, (B) a hollow balloon, and (C) graphite powder. In the composition, the binder component contains (a1) thermosetting rubber, (a2) thermoplastic rubber, and (a3) a crosslinking agent for the thermosetting rubber, and the content of the (C) graphite powder is 5 to 20% by mass for the total amount of the composition relative to the radio wave absorbing sheet.
