PURPOSE: A heat exchanger using double vacuum polymeric pipes is provided to implement the functions of both cold and hot air blowers using cold and hot water. CONSTITUTION: A heat exchanger using a double vacuum polymeric pipe(7) comprises a vacuum heat exchange unit(1) which is formed in a heating part. A small amount of thermal medium is injected and a plurality of electric heaters is inserted in the vacuum heat exchange unit. Copper and non-ferrous metal pipes(5) are inserted in the vacuum heat exchange unit. Copper or non-ferrous metal pipes(9) pass through the inside center of a vacuum heating pipe(3). The copper or non-ferrous metal pipes is welded to the vacuum heating pipe to formed the double vacuum polymeric pipe. |
