PURPOSE: A laminoplasty plate is provided to firmly be fixed in the cervical vertebrae by fixing a bone screw with a first cut part and a lateral mass. CONSTITUTION: A first end(110) is fixed on a first cut part of a lamina. A first hammer coupling unit is formed on the first cut part. A bone screw(111) is fixed and coupled with the first hammer coupling unit. A bone screw is fixed on the lateral mass of the cervical vertebrae. A second end(130) is fixed on the second cut part of the lamina. A second hammer coupling unit is formed on the second end. An intermediate unit(150) is extended between the first end and the second end. A bone graft is fixed on the intermediate unit.
