<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve yield of an ultrasonic oscillator, to miniaturize it and to realize high output. <P>SOLUTION: The ultrasonic oscillator 1 is provided with a piezoelectric element unit 28 where positive electrode terminal boards 15 and 17, piezoelectric elements 8 to 11 and negative pole terminal boards 14, 16 and 18 are coaxially arranged, laminated and integrated, and a conductive rod 35. The positive pole terminal boards 15 and 17 have a first through-hole 15a. The piezoelectric elements 8 to 11 have a second through-hole 8a larger than the first through-hole 15a. The negative pole terminal boards 14, 16 and 18 have a third through-hole 14a larger than the first through-hole 15a. The conductive rod 35 has an outer diameter smaller than the second and third through-holes 8a and 14a and larger than the first through-hole 15a. The conductive rod 35 passes through the first to third through-holes 15a, 8a and 14a, are not brought into contact with peripheral edge parts 8b and 14b of the second and third through-holes 8a and 14a and are brought into contact with a peripheral edge part 15b of the first through-hole 15a in an outer diameter part 35a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
