<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a wider space in a unit without involving the complication of a structure, in a unit room in which a plurality of rooms partitioned with a wall section are formed on a common floor pan. <P>SOLUTION: An inner partitioning wall section 14, which is formed on the common floor pan, is formed of two wall plates 14a and 14b which constitute a boundary section between the respective rooms; the two wall plates 14a and 14b are installed at a predetermined spacing; an opening 12a of a predetermined size is formed on the floor pan 12 between the two walls 14a and 14b; a piping structure 300 communicating with the partitioned rooms is arranged in a gap X as a space between the two wall plates 14a and 14b; and piping is led to the outside of the floor pan 12 from the opening 12a.
