<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable electronic device for performing a display setting matched to a shipping destination's taste while reducing the load on a manufacturer. <P>SOLUTION: A control part 100 determines the race of a user based on image data obtained by taking an image of the user by a camera part 60.
