PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently download necessary content.

SOLUTION: A content reproduction device 1a includes: an extraction part 2; a providing circumstance storage part 3; a sequence determination part 4; and a download part 5. The extraction part 2 extracts undownloaded content from a list of downloadable content obtained from the outside. The providing situation storage part 3 stores providing situations that the content is provided to another content reproduction device. The sequence determination part 4 determines the priority order of download in the undownloaded content extracted by the extraction part 2 based on the providing situations stored in the providing situation storage part 3. The download part 5 downloads the content from another content reproduction device 1b according to the sequence determined by the sequence determination part 4.
