<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide easy and comprehensive design and a manufacturing procedure for a sensor array and fluid device in a diagnostic card device. <P>SOLUTION: The diagnostic device comprises a substantially flat insulator layer, a substantially flat metallic conductor layer stacked on the insulator layer, an electrode module having a sensing region positioned in the center, a contact region positioned in a peripheral part, and an intermediate heating region, and an insulator layer in the sensing region having some passing clearances and a sensor thin film in each clearance for contact with a sample and electric contact with the conductor layer. The conductor layer is divided into a corresponding number of conductor constituting parts and heater contact constituting parts. Each conductor constituting part is an electrode module used in a diagnostic card for sensing at least one component concentration in the fluid sample. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
