PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it takes much time to position an X-ray angiography live image and an analysis-image.

SOLUTION: Positioning images are created by a projection-image creating unit 105, and the positioning images are grouped and stored by a projection-image storage unit 106 for each preset. A positioning-information calculating unit 110 calculates positioning parameters using the positioning images stored in the projection-image storage unit 106. When the imaging direction of an X-ray angiography apparatus 100 is changed, a positioning-information updating unit 111 directly updates the positioning parameters, based on the amount of change of the imaging direction.
