<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content output device having improved translation accuracy by selection of a voice signal determined to be higher in translation accuracy when translating from one of a first voice signal of a first language and a second voice signal of a second language included in a content, into a third language. <P>SOLUTION: The content output device 100 comprises: a receiving part (an antenna 110, a tuner part 120 and a control part 210) receiving the content including the first voice signal of the first language and the second voice signal of the second language and outputting at least one voice signal; a translating part (a language translating part 190, a dictionary part 200 and a control part 210) comparing the likelihood of accuracy in the case of translating from the first voice signal of the first language into the third language, with the likelihood of accuracy in the case of translating from the second voice signal of the second language into the third language, and translating from the voice signal higher in likelihood into the third language; and a voice output part 180 outputting a voice signal of the third language translated by the translating part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
