PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilating device capable of ventilating the inside of a lid body covering a combined inlet or the like, exerting excellent ventilating and checking functions while minimizing the whole device, preventing a ventilating part from coming into contact with a liquid, preventing foreign matters, insects, etc. from entering the ventilating part, and maintaining the ventilating and checking functions over a long time while assuring ventilation performance. SOLUTION: In the ventilating device, the container-like covering lid body 3 includes an outflow port 10 and a plurality of inflow ports 11. A confirmation opening part 14 arranged in the covering lid body 3 is detachably covered with a ventilating lid body 4. A sealing body 5 having a check valve mechanism 17, or the check valve mechanism 17 and a ventilating valve mechanism 18 is housed in the ventilating lid body 4. The outside air is allowed to flow in with the sealing body 5, so that the state of negative pressure inside the covering lid body 3 may be released, while the closed state is maintained at normal times. The ventilating device has an adaptor 6 at a lower position of the sealing body 5.
