PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide onboard equipment, an information delivery system and an information delivery method, enabling a user on the onboard equipment side to freely choose a parking place, occupied/unoccupied information about which the user wants to acquire. SOLUTION: The system includes; an operation input means for designating a parking place, an acquisition of parking state information about which is desired, among one or a plurality of parking places; a transmitting means for transmitting discriminating information which represents the parking place designated by the operation input means, to a center device; and a receiving means for receiving the parking state information about the parking place which is represented by the discriminating information transmitted from the transmitting means, from the center device.
