<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a wooden mold which can be repeatedly used and precisely machined and has an inexpensive manufacturing cost. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the wooden mold includes a first step of roughly engraving a hollow recess part 19 which allows a finishing margin of 0.2-0.6 mm from the finishing dimension to be left in such a state that NC machining is performed from the surface side on a mold material body 11 of a wooden textile material 10 to maintain the flat surface at the peripheral edge of the front surface side, a second step of applying a first thermoplastic resin on the roughly engraved portion to cure resin, a third step of finish engraving the hollow recess part 19 by NC machining the resin cured roughly engraved surface, a fourth step of applying a second thermoplastic resin on the finished engraved surface to cure the surface, a fifth step which forms the peripheral edge parts 21, 22 on the periphery of a bottom part of a bottom plate part 12 to form a vacuum chamber 23 in the inside and forms a plurality of vacuum holes 20 having the diameter of 0.1-1 mm passing through the hollow recess part 19 and the vacuum chamber 23, and a sixth step of coating a mold release promoting resin on the hollow recess part 19.
