<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise a temperature of supplied air by improving a combustion device built into a hot-water supply device and by recovering heat from exhausted combustion gas. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The supplied air is heated from both an inner cylinder 26 side (inner wall side) and an outer cylinder 41 side (outer wall side) to recover the heat from exhaust gas. A temperature of the outer cylinder 41 side (outer wall side) is raised by making an exhaust passage and an air supply passage partially contact with each other to raise the temperature of the supplied air from the inner cylinder 26 side (inner wall side) and the outer cylinder 41 side.
