<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular dynamic damper with reduced outer dimension when two masses different in resonance frequency are radially superposed with each other. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The vehicular dynamic damper includes: a damper body 3 installed to a vibration control object 2; a mass 4 for high frequency disposed to an outer peripheral part of the damper body 3; and a mass 5 for low frequency disposed to the outside of the mass 4 for high frequency to be superposed in the axially orthogonal direction. The damper body 3 further includes: a shearing elastic part 3a elastically supporting an axially both end parts 4a of the mass 4 for high frequency in a shearing direction; and a compression elastic part 3b elastically supporting the mass 5 for low frequency in a compression direction.
