<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an external angle member for disposition, disposed at the lower end of an external angle part of an interior wall surface to join both side opening ends thereof to an opening end of a wiring skirting base constructed along the lower end of the wall surface to thereby enable interior wiring inside. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An external angle member body 1 having an L-shaped plane is provided with a hollow part having a longitudinally rectangular section, the inside of which includes a wiring storing groove 3 communicated with a wiring storing groove in the wiring skirting base. The front of the external angle member body 1 is provided with an opening part 4 enabling wiring to be stored in the wiring storing groove 3 from the outside, and the front of the external angle member body 1 is covered with a cover member 7 bent to have an L-shaped plane. Both side end parts of the cover member 7 are formed as covering piece parts 7c, 7c covering joint parts to the above skirting base connected to both side opening ends of the external angle member body 1 in an abut manner, and the cover member 7 is configured to open and close in the vertical direction along the front of the external angle member body 1.
