PURPOSE: A voltage input circuit and a semiconductor device using the same are provided to reduce the number of pads and the size of semiconductor device by sharing the pads to which an internal power or an optional voltage is applied. CONSTITUTION: A selection signal generation part(200) responds to a power-up signal and generates at least one selection signal. A first and a second voltages are input into a selection transfer part(202). The selection transfer part responses to the selection signal and transfers selectively one of the first and the second voltages to pads. The selection signal generation part includes a driving part and a buffer part. The driving part drives a first node by responding to the power up signal. The buffer part generates the selection signal by buffering the signal of the first node. |
