PURPOSE: A PCR tube opener for opening PCR tube cap is provided to improve working efficiency by opening plural cap of the PCR tubes. CONSTITUTION: A PCR tube opener(10) comprises: an open groove which is grooved in a certain depth to insert a cap(2) of a PCR tube(1), and a cap grip part(12) having a protrusion(14) to open a part of cap which is inserted to the open groove. The protrusion is projected in a facing direction at both sides. The cap grip part is formed in a bar shape of rectangular cross section. The open groove is extended along the longitudinal direction to insert plural PCR tube at once.
