PURPOSE: A device and a method for complementing of user voice are provided to select a necessary voice range with keeping a user voice tone thereby complementing the selected voice range to a tone of natural and various voice range. CONSTITUTION: A user voice storage unit(110) divides a singing voice inputted from a user and stores. A voice comparison unit(140) compares a user singing voice stored in each unit of each fixed time with pitch target voice. A voice selection unit(150) selects the most similar user singing voice with the pitch information of the target voice among singing voices above the two stored in each unit of the fixed time. A voice modulating unit(160) additionally controls the pitch information of the singing voice of the user selected by the voice selection unit.
