<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic/inorganic laminated gas barrier film whose water vapor permeability is sufficiently low and barrier property is not reduced even after being bent repeatedly, and a device using the same, particularly an electronic device and further an organic EL element (organic electrical emission element). <P>SOLUTION: An organic layer (excepting one comprising polyparaxylylene as a main component), a protecting layer and an inorganic layer are laminated in this order, wherein the protecting layer includes polyparaxylylene as a main component, whereby a gas barrier film capable of satisfying a theme in an organic/inorganic laminated layer can be obtained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
