<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide polymer polyol which is used as a raw material of polyurethane and allows the polyurethane made therewith to have remarkably improved mechanical properties. <P>SOLUTION: The polymer polyol (I) is obtained by incorporating a polymer fine particle (JR) comprising an ethylenic unsaturated compound (E) as a constituent unit in the polyol (PL). The polyol (PL) contains the following polyol (a) and the content of the polymer fine particle (JR) is 30-60 wt.%. The polyol (a) is the polyether polyol which has ≤20 average molar number x of the ethylene oxide to be added to one active hydrogen and ≥40% rate y of a primary OH group in terminal OH groups, which satisfies inequality (1): y≥0.328x+90.44 when x is 10-20 and satisfies inequality (2): y≥42x<SP>0.47</SP>(1-x/41) when x is <10 and which is obtained by adding the alkylene oxide based on ≥2C 1, 2-alkylene oxide to an active hydrogen compound. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
