<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce cost of a display device with a touch panel. <P>SOLUTION: The touch panel has, on a substrate, a plurality of first electrodes extending in a first direction and provided side by side in a second direction intersecting the first direction, a plurality of second electrodes intersecting the first electrodes to extend in the second direction and provided side by side in the first direction, and a plurality of wiring respectively and electrically connected to the plurality of first electrodes and the plurality of second electrodes. The plurality of respective first electrodes have a first part formed on a layer different from a layer of the second electrodes to intersect the second electrodes, and a second part formed on the same layer as that of the second electrodes separately from the second electrodes, the second parts of the second electrodes and the first electrodes are formed on a layer upper than the wiring, and the first part of the first electrodes is connected to the second part through a contact hole formed in an insulation film between the first part and the second electrodes and formed on the same layer as the wiring. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
