<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotation-linear motion converting mechanism reducing a load converting rotative power into drive in a linear direction without the need of a large mechanism, in a mechanism converting the rotative power into drive in a rotational direction. <P>SOLUTION: The rotation-linear motion converting mechanism includes: a ball nut 45 driven and rotated; a ball screw shaft 43 screwed with the ball nut 45; guide members 48 guiding movement of the ball screw shaft 43 along a rotation axis of the ball nut 45; and turning prevention means 50-52 respectively disposed to the guide member 48 and the ball screw shaft 43, and preventing rotation of the ball screw shaft 43 around the rotation axis of the ball nut 45. The rotation-linear motion converting mechanism further includes: the guide groove 50 prepared at one of the guide members 48 and having a wall face 50F extended along the rotation axis of the ball nut 45; and the roller 52 disposed to the ball screw shaft 43 and relatively movable with respect to the wall face 50<SB>F</SB>while being in contact with the wall face 50<SB>F</SB>of the guide groove 50. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
