<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interior material article for an automobile, which satisfies various kinds of characteristics with a good balance while using a crosslinking foam containing a polylactic acid based resin in the crosslinking foam layer. <P>SOLUTION: This interior material article for the automobile includes a skin layer 11, the crosslinking foam layer 12 and a base material layer 13 in this order. A composite layer sheet for which the skin layer 11 and the crosslinking foam layer 12 are pasted together, and a material for forming the base material layer 13 are integrated by the vacuum molding method. The skin layer 11 contains a polyolefin based resin a1. The crosslinking foam layer 12 is formed by crosslinking and foaming a composition containing a polylactic acid based resin b1, a polyolefin based resin b2 containing an ethylene based monomeric unit and propylene based monomeric unit, a modified polyolefin b3 (EVA or the like) containing an ester bond in the side chain, and a crosslinking auxiliary agent b4. Within the total sum of b1, b2 and b3 contained in the composition, b1 is 1 to 30 mass%, b2 is 65 to 89 mass%, and b3 is 1 to 10 mass%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
