<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the power generation efficiency of a solar cell panel by sufficiently cooling the solar cell panel while minimizing the power consumption of a pump for water supply. <P>SOLUTION: The solar cell panel includes a header 2 for sprinkling supplied water over a panel surface of the solar cell panel 1, a rainwater storage tank 5, the pump 3 for supplying the water from the rainwater storage tank 5 to the header 2, and a controller 6 which operates the pump 3 intermittently at a predetermined duty ratio using part of the electric power generated by the solar cell panel 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
