<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a sound absorbing material filler, in which an accessory product with a high oil content in a steel refining process is effectively utilized as the sound absorbing material with a 2% or less oil content. <P>SOLUTION: In this manufacturing method for the sound absorbing material filler, a coarse-grained fraction 10 of mill scale produced in a rolling process of steel making is precipitated and separated using a precipitation pit 20, and removed; and after that, fine powder scale 30 is utilized. The manufacturing method for the filler for the sound absorbing material employs the fine powder scale 30 which is obtained by providing the three steps of precipitation pits 20. In addition, the oil content adhered to the fine powder scale is heated with a heating machine and volatilized, and a volatilized exhaust gas is led into cement manufacturing equipment and treated. Furthermore, the fine powder scale is fed into an airtight container; water vapor is continuously led into the container; and the oil content adhered to the fine powder scale is made flow out of the container together with water, so as to be cooled and removed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
