<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speaker which is easily made thin without reducing amplitude quantity. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A projection part 14B for a damper sticking margin is formed on a bottom part 14A of a frame 14 on the opposite side of a magnetic circuit 11, a lead-out space of a fine braided wire 13 is secured between the projection part 14B and the side face of the frame 14, and the amplitude quantity of a diaphragm 15 is secured by using a damper 12 made of rubber-elastic resin.
