<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fatigue testing method of rubber which enables the estimation of the fatigue life of rubber in a short time. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Strain is repeatedly applied to a rubber test piece in an arbitrary extension, a breaking extension ratio λb and tensile stress M100 are measured with respect to the rubber test piece to which strain is applied an arbitrary number of times, the difference Y between imaginary tensile stress M100* calculated from the breaking extension ratio λb and the actually measured tensile stress M100 is calculated to make a change with the elapse of time in the tensile stress difference Y serve as an index of fatigue resistance.
