<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating device having a structure such that an object to be heated does not easily get cold even when heating is stopped, while the object to be heated radiates heat and gets cold normally when heating is stopped, when heating the object to be heated. Ž<P>SOLUTION: By providing a heat conductor of a bimetal structure having such a function that a contactor for transmitting heat is brought into contact with the object to be heated only while heating is performed and the contactor is separated from the object to be heated when heating is stopped in the two-layer structure of a vacuum bottle, heat conduction is blocked when heating is stopped and heat radiation from the object to be heated is prevented.
