<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aligning/packaging method for allowing easy taking of straws from a package by providing a straw aligning/packaging process where the sharp end of straws are aligned with the pasting part or the welding part of the packaging body. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The packaging method and device for straws 1a is applied for aligning/packaging straws 1a in a packaging body 2a for the straws 1a formed by pasting or welding a top film 21a with a protrusive bag part 211a where the straws 1a are storable and a bottom film 22a on the pasting side of a container 3a. The method and the device include: a process for fixing the insertion direction relative to the straw 1a diameter width for a fixed time until the straws 1a are inserted in the part 211a of the film 21a, and a fixing/delivering mechanism 61a; and a process for cutting the end of the straws 1a for forming inclined cut faces 111a in a suction drum 62a, and the cutting mechanism 51a, or a process for directing the preformed inclined cut faces 111a in the straws 1a in a fixed direction, and a loading mechanism 60a.
