PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine device having a display unit not causing interference when a game machine is turned or other operations are done, even in the case of employing a constitution of displaying game information without requiring a player watching a symbol variation display section to largely shift the direction of his/her eyes. SOLUTION: A game machine device 3 having a body 9 installed between game machines 1 is provided with a display unit 10 for displaying game play information and a display arm 16 connecting the display unit 10 to the body. The display arm 16 is turnable about a first shaft 18 and a second shaft 19, and equipped with a rotational resistance setting mechanism 32 to set the rotational resistance of the second shaft 19 lower than that of the first shaft 18.
