PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the operational stability in an injection process of a die-casting machine having an electric servo motor and a hydraulic cylinder as drive sources for injection. SOLUTION: In the injection process, the pattern control is performed so that the rotational speed of an electric servo motor 3 for injection follows the preset speed command pattern, and the advancing speed of a piston 5a by the drive of a hydraulic cylinder 5 for injection is subjected to the feedback control by the added signal of the advancing speed of the piston 5a by the drive of the electric servo motor 3 for injection and the advancing speed of the piston 5a by the drive of a hydraulic cylinder 5 for injection. Further, the advancing speed of the piston 5a by the drive of the hydraulic cylinder 5 for injection is subjected to the pattern control so as to follow the preset speed command pattern, and the rotational speed of the electric servo motor 3 for injection is subjected to the feedback control by the addition signal.
