PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting material with excellent light emission efficiency when it is used for a light-emitting element or the like. SOLUTION: The composition includes a compound having a residual group of at least two kinds of nitrogen-containing compound selected from the group consisting of a nitrogen-containing compounds represented by formulae (1-1)-(1-4) [wherein R represents a hydrogen atom or a substituent, and a plurality of existing R's can be the same or different] and a phosphorous photo-luminescent compound. The polymer compound includes a residual group of at least two kinds of nitrogen-containing compounds selected from the group consisting of the nitrogen-containing compounds represented by the formulae (1-1)-(1-4) and a residual group of the phosphorous photo-luminescent compound.
