PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a siloxane resin composition which provides a hardened film having a high hardness and being excellent in abrasion resistance by UV hardening and thermal hardening as well as having high crack resistance. SOLUTION: A siloxane resin composition comprises: (A) a polysiloxane having a phenyl group; (B) a photo-radical polymerization initiator; and (C) at least one radical polymeric monomer selected from the group consisting of tripentaerithritol poly(meth)acrylate, tertrapentaerythritol poly(meth)acrylate, and pentapentaerythritol poly(meth)acrylate.
