<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a solar cell and a method of manufacturing a solar cell module, wherein reduction in adhesiveness between a connecting electrode and a wiring member can be suppressed by accurately forming a resin layer onto a photoelectric conversion part. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing a solar cell module 100 includes: a step A of connecting one end portion of each of a plurality of thin wire electrodes 13a to a connecting electrode 14L; a step B of disposing a resin layer 15 on a blanket 63; and a step C of transferring the resin layer 15 onto a photoelectric conversion part 63. In the step B, a plurality of concave portions 15p are formed in an portion of a first resin layer 15a, disposed adjacent to the connecting electrode 14L.
