PURPOSE: An attachable and detachable device with hook string which is combined by one-touch and fish trap is provided to reduce combined time by inserting the end part into a combining groove and to improve productivity. CONSTITUTION: An attachable and detachable device with hook string which is combined by one-touch comprises: a strop(310) combined with a rope(300) for the eel start-up in a regular interval; an attachable and detachable device(100) for a hatch; the hatch(200) which is precipitated in the bottom of sea and captures eel; a main body formed in upper part; a spring supported on the top of the main body; a slider combined on the top of a coupling pipe; a hook which is inserted into the coupling pipe of the main body and is combined; and a fixture which completely fixes hook on the main body.
