PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for communication using expansion of communication range are provided to realize the security of communication by enabling communication between the first device and the second device. CONSTITUTION: The first distance is the sum of distance between the first device(100) and the third device(300), and the distance between the second device(200) and fourth device(400). Based on the first distance, the first device decides whether the second device is within the second distance capable of communicating with the first device. According to the decision result, the first device communicates with the second device. The third device and fourth device in the remote location exchanges the information about distances through the communication between the second device and the first device.
