PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor for efficiently obtaining an advertisement effect of program advertisement information.

SOLUTION: The information processor has: an advertisement information distribution section 114 for distributing program advertisement information on a specific program to a viewing apparatus 210 that belongs to a user included in a first group of users and has a function of browsing advertisement information via a communication network; a use log acquisition section 110 for acquiring the use log of the specific program from a viewing apparatus 260 that belongs to the user included in the first group of users and has a function of viewing a program, and a viewing apparatus 260 that belongs to a user included in a second group of users different from the first group of users and has the function of viewing a program via the communication network; and an advertisement effect analysis section 116 for analyzing the advertisement effect of the program advertisement information, based on the use log of the acquired specific program.
