<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric actuator which reduces poor bondings caused by level difference between piezoelectric element members, when one FPC is bonded to a plurality of piezoelectric element members. <P>SOLUTION: In a piezoelectric actuator 1, two arrays of piezoelectric element members, where a plurality of piezoelectric element members 2 having a plurality of piezoelectric element columns formed therein are arranged side by side in the arrangement direction of the columns on a base member 3, while having a predetermined clearance 10, one flexible wiring board, i.e., an FPC3, is directly connected to each piezoelectric element column, in each array of piezoelectric element members; and a wedge-shaped cut 5 is formed at the tip (junction portion) of the FPC3, which is directly connected to the piezoelectric element column, in correspondence with the space (clearance 10) between the plurality of piezoelectric element members 2 and 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
