<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blended vinegar composed of water, vinegar, saccharide(s) and common salt as main ingredients, having a lower calorific value than conventional ones, and impairing no flavor and texture of its own when mixed into boiled rice into vinegared rice for Sushi. <P>SOLUTION: The blended vinegar contains water, vinegar, saccharide(s), common salt, and high-sweetness sweetener(s). The high-sweetness sweetener(s) is one or more kinds selected from among aspartame, acesulfame potassium, licorice extract, stevia and sucralose.
